Foreclosure Pets Fund Grant Application

To apply for a grant from The Humane Society of the United States' Foreclosure Pets Fund, please fill out the form below. All fields are required.

If your organization has already submitted an application, you do not need to re-apply. Your application will be kept on file and reviewed as funds permit.

Please Note: You must provide your organization’s W-9, 501(c)3 Determination Letter (or letter stating your organization can receive restricted funds if you are a municipal agency), and information related to your Plan of Cooperation (if your organization has one) as part of this application.
